By accessing and using Searchless.ai ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Searchless.ai is an AI visibility platform that provides:

• AI audit tools for websites and digital content
• AI optimization recommendations and strategies
• Content visibility analysis across AI systems
• Educational content about AI search and visibility
• Tools for generating AI-optimized markup and files

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for activities and actions under your password, whether or not you have authorized such activities or actions.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Searchless.ai and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the European Union and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to our Service, but you grant us a license to use, modify, and distribute such content as necessary to provide our services.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform acts that violate local, state, national, or international law
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail", "chain letter", "spam", or any other similar solicitation
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the company, a company employee, another user, or any other person or entity
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until then.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase or subscription start date, no questions asked. This applies to all customers regardless of location.

EU Consumer Rights

For customers within the European Union, the 14-day right of withdrawal is provided in accordance with EU consumer protection law. If you exercise this right, you will receive a pro-rata refund for any unused portion of your subscription beyond the 14-day window.

After 14 Days

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Searchless.ai, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the European Union, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
